Nell Ann ShelleyNell Ann Shelley

Chief Operating Officer

Nell Ann has over 25 years’ experience in the natural gas industry, managing large infrastructure projects and utility operations. She has led multiple project initiatives to successful completion.

Sheronda Board

Manager Office Operations

Sheronda has been a member of the WC&MS’ team since 2006. She has been instrumental in building the business and serves as our ambassador to the customer. She has cultivated a deep knowledge of natural gas operations through her management of the various programs WC&MS implements. Sheronda is a virtuoso in all MicroSoft applications. She livens the office daily with her infectious laughter. Sheronda is an alumnus of Price George’s College in Business Administration.

Earl WhiteEarl White

Director Above Ground Operations

Earl has forty-six years’ experience in the natural gas industry, and has been with WC&MS since 2006. He is licensed WSSC Master Gas Fitter skilled in working on all types of meter installations. Earl enjoys developing and transferring his extensive operational knowledge to technicians who are newly embarking upon their careers.

Kevin KeatonKevin Keaton

Director Rough- In Operations

Kevin is a licensed Journeyman Gas Fitter, with thirty-three years of experience working directly on natural gas infrastructure. He is experienced in both below ground and above ground natural gas installations including DOT 192 regulations. He holds a multitude of Operator Qualifications and is certified in CSST installations.

Gerald GG Davis

Gerald “GG” Davis

Director Construction Operations

GG is a licensed Master Gasfitter. He has over thirty five years experience in the natural gas industry. GG is well respected in the industry, and currently serves on the NFPA Board responsible for establishing building code in north America. GG is also a current member of the Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors Association, and previous member of the Board. He previously served as the Chair of the St. Mary’s County Plumbing and Fuel Gas Board; and a member of the American Gas Association Standards Committee.

      • Master HVAC – Maryland & Virginia
      • Contractor’s License Class “B” – Virginia
